This article provides steps to verify changes on Directory dashboard by confirming or rejecting the changes that were received when updates were requested.
A new card is visible on the Directory Dashboard when a family has submitted updated information to be verified.
Here are the steps to verify changes:
1. In Directory on the dashboard, click on Verify Changes to see what was submitted.
Information that has been changed appears bolded. To verify multiple updates, click the ACCEPT ALL button to accept all of the changes at one time. Select just a few, or reject them individually.
Any changes that have been rejected are deleted from the system, this action cannot be undone.
2. Click on Decline (x) or Accept (green check mark).
Updates that are accepted are noted in the Activity Page for that family.
