Reactivate a Family in Directory
This article provides information on how to reactivate a family that was previously deactivated in Directory.
A deactivated family is denoted by a yellow bar at the top of the Family Detail card. The yellow bar will no longer be viewable once reactivated.
Here are the steps to Reactivate a Family in Directory.
1. From Directory click on Family and Members in the main menu.
2. Search for the desired family.
3. Click on the Family to view the Family Detail screen.
4. Click on the ellipsis to view the drop down menu.
5. Select Reactivate Family from the menu.
6. Click on Reactivate to confirm. The yellow bar is no longer be viewable once reactivated.
