This article describes two main areas of the Content library: Business Info and Site Content.
Business Info and Site Content are two important sections of the Content Library. Content is the text, visual or audio elements that make your website a unique experience for your users.
Complete the following steps to locate Business Info and Media Manager in the Content section:
1. Click Content on the left side of the website to open the panel.
2. In the menu, click on Business Info. You can add your organization's name, change the logo, address, phone number, email address, social icons, and business hours. You can also add an additional location.
Business Info is a central location to store primary information, such as organization name, location (address), logo, phone number, email, and social media. This area is directly connected to the Connect to Data feature. If there is any information in here that is modified, that will also sync with widgets across the site that are storing that data.
3. Click on Media Manager to manage all your media, images, video, audio recordings, and files.
Site Content allows for the management of Images, Files, and Form Responses. Under Manage Images, there is a capability to upload images via device or available third-party connections, use free images, and organize images through the use of folders. Manage Files will allow for media files, like PDFs, Excel, Word, Audio, and Images, to be uploaded. Manage Form Responses will reveal any submission of an online form. This section is also available on the Client Dashboard.
