This article provides steps to add a discount code for a religious education program.
An administrator can add discounts to religious education programs.
Here are the steps to add a discount code:
1. From Religious Education go to Terms.
2. Click on the ellipses (3 vertical dots) to view the menu.
3. Click on View.
4. From the Term Details screen click on Add Discounts.
5a. On the side sheet, select the desired discount type. (Fixed Coupon Code, Percent Coupon Code, or Automatic Multi Student (2+) discount.)
Example: Fixed Coupon Code
5b. Type in the Code. The code will allow for up to 12 alpha numeric characters to be typed in.
5c. Enter the Value (amount of the discount).
5d. Click on Save to process.
Example: Percent Coupon Code
6a. Enter the discount type and the discount code.
6b. Enter the Percent Value.
6c. Click on Save to process.
Example: Automatic Multi Student (2+)
7a. Enter the discount type.
7b. Enter the whether the discount type is fixed or percent for the multi discount.
7c. Enter the Value.
7d. Click on Save to process.
Note* The new discount codes appear in the Discounts list.
