Set the Diocesan ID in Directory
This article provides steps on how to set the Diocesan ID in Directory.
A Diocesan ID is a number the Diocese assigns to a family as a way to identify them across all of the parishes of the Diocese for reporting purposes. You can assign any family in the system a Diocesan ID number. The Diocesan ID number is displayed on the Family Detail card, and you can edit the Diocesan ID number at any time. The Diocesan ID is displayed on the Family List Report results and is available in the Family List Report CSV download.
Complete the following steps to set the Diocesan ID in Directory:
1. In Directory, search for and select the family to view the Family Detail page.
2. On the Family Detail card, click the ellipsis to view the drop-down menu.
3. In the drop-down menu, select Set Diocesan ID.
4. Enter the Diocesan ID.
5. Click the Update button.
