Edit Physical Contributions in Directory

This article provides steps to edit physical contributions in the Directory.

You can edit physical contributions in Directory for a family or a tracked separately member as needed. Updating contributions effects reports and batch information.

For information on deleting a contribution, please see Delete Physical Contributions in Directory.

 

Complete the following steps to edit physical contributions in Directory:

1. In Directory, search for and select the family or member to view the Family Detail Page or Member Detail Page.


2. On the Family Detail Page or Member Detail Page, select Contributions in the main menu.


3. On the Contributions card, click the ellipsis on the contribution you want to edit.

4. In the drop-down menu, select Edit.


5. Edit the contribution as necessary:

  • Contribution Amount
  • Fund
  • Note
  • Whether the contribution is tax deductible


6. Click the Update button.
