An Agile mindset is one of the keys to developing outstanding software. After discussions with our customers, our product team works closely with small and collaborative software development teams to ensure we are building products that meet the needs of the Church.
An Agile mindset requires that we build in small increments. This allows us to deliver features quickly and get more immediate response from our customers. We have both short-term and long-term roadmaps guided by an overall product vision, but we treat our roadmaps as dynamic entities that change based on what we hear from our customers and the overall needs of the Church.
