Add a Note to Donor Record

This article explains how to add notes on the donor’s record.

An administrator can add a note to a donor's record.


Complete the steps to add a note to a donor's record:

1. From Giving go to Accounts to search for a particular donor.


2. Click on the Account to view the Account Detail Screen.


3. Click on Notes in the main menu.

4. Select ADD NOTE.


5. Enter content.

6. Click Save.

There is no option for private notes. Notes can also be Edited and Deleted.
