An administrator may receive a report from a donor that they are receiving the error message "Error loading add payment method view: PaymentServices is not defined" when attempting to update their payment method or gift.
This is a known issue. It can occur when there is a security setting on the donor's browser or network that is blocking the loading of the OSV payment module (ad blocker/vpn/network security settings/etc).
There is nothing we can do as this is entirely on the user's end and requires the donor to resolve the situation. Ask the donor to check the security settings on their browser or network for any blockers and ensure that they remove them for www.osvmosaicservices.com before trying to update their payment method or gift again.
