Raiser's Edge Export
This article provides steps to perform the Giving export for the Raiser's Edge donor management system.
The Raiser's Edge Export enables you to export your member data in a format that can be uploaded to the Raiser's Edge donor management platform. This export is only available for a Diocese organization. Member data for the selected date range is exported in a CSV format. You can select to export new members or updated members for the selected date range and whether or not inactive members and children are included in the export.
Note * Data is exported at the member level, and members must have an external ID set to have their data included in the export. Please see Edit Member External ID for instructions on setting the external ID.
Complete the following steps to perform the Raiser's Edge Export:
1. In Giving, select Exports in the main menu.
2. On the Exports card, select the Raiser's Edge export.
3. Select the Date Range or enter a custom date range for the export. Only members that match your record type selection (new or updated) within the date range are included in the export.
4. Select the Record Type: New (new members added during the date range and not updated during the date range) or Updated (members updated during the date range).
5. As needed, select to Include Inactive Members and/or Include Children in the export.
6. Click the Export button.
