Mission Pathways Inform Statistics
This article provides information about the Mission Pathways Inform Statistics and their overall impact.
A user can view all statistics for a specific Encounter session type, or they can view all information for all session types. The information provided spans from the moment the events were created to date. Analyzing this data is important to understand the overall impact the sessions are having as it relates to the organization's strategic goals.
Complete these steps to view the Inform Statistics:
1. Click on Inform reports and Statistics on the Mission Pathways homepage.
2. Click on Statistics in the menu.
3. From the drop down menu select the desired Encounter Session Type or All Session Types to view the data for all years.
4. View the data for the following:
Number of (Encounter) Sessions Held
Number of Registered Participants
Average Attendance by Participants (During a session, what is the average percentage of time that participants attend)
Participant to Volunteer Conversion (What percentage of all registered participants were converted to volunteers)
Repeat Volunteer Support (What percentage of volunteers volunteered more than once)
