Set or Edit User Permissions for Religious Education
This article contains information about setting or editing user permissions for Religious Education.
Two roles are available to be assigned to users for Religious Education:
Religious Ed Admin and Religious Ed Viewer
Religious Ed Admin – a user with this set permission will have full access rights within Religious Ed. They will be able to view, add, and/or make changes within this module.
Religious Viewer – a user with this set permission will only be able to view information within Religious Education and cannot make any edits to a page.
Complete the following steps to assign roles:
1. Click on Users in the main menu.
2. If you are adding a new user, click on Invite User.
3. Enter User details. (First name, Last Name, Email address)
4. Assign the Organization role(s) of the User from the drop-down list.
5. Click on Religious Ed Admin and Religious Ed Viewer.
6. Click on Invite User.
Complete the following steps to edit an existing user’s permissions:
1. Click on Users.
2. Click on the ellipsis to view the drop-down menu.
3. Select Edit Permissions.
4. Select which role(s) to edit for the user. (Click on the role to select or deselect.)
5. Click Save User.
