Export Search Results
This article provides steps to export search results.
A staff member who has created a search can export the search results into an excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet contains known information about the people included in the results.
Complete the following steps to export search results:
1. In Find People, from the results page, determine whose information needs to be exported by placing a checkmark in the top box to export the information for everyone on the list or select people individually.
2. Click on the export icon.

3. Click on the downloaded file to open and view. The file can be saved and shared.
