About Mission Pathways Forms Module

With the Mission Pathways Forms module you gain the flexibility of a form builder with all the benefits of a fully integrated system. Every form submitted automatically updates your database. From registration and event RSVPs, to feedback forms and surveys, the Forms module is where you go to create, edit and view any form associated with a session, group or event. 

Centralize your workflow when managing discipleship initiatives. Send out registration forms and communicate with respondents. Gauge impact and inform future planning with feedback forms. Capture interests, gifts and strengths via surveys to personalize invitations and recruit new volunteers.

Craft the perfect survey, or create a registration form in seconds with Form Designer. Form Designer provides an extensive library of default questions, unlimited custom questions, and the ability to add videos, images and text.

Form Settings allow you to accept online payments, set up form automations and activity, as well as customize confirmation messages. 

Standard forms can be copied. They can also be copied across different organizations. If a user is part of multiple organizations, they can select the organization and the specific session or group to copy the form into, which helps a dioceses create standard forms for parishes.
