Although Online Giving does not directly store donor credit card information for security reasons, each day the payment processor used by OSV Hub automatically checks and updates credit card numbers and expiration date information on donor accounts using Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit cards. This automatic process help keeps your donor information updated daily in the background, without your organization or donors having to receive alerts or needing take any actions.
If you need to, you can Update the Expiration Date on a Payment Method in the system for donors, and donors also can Update the Expiration Date on a Payment Method for themselves.
