Where are this family’s contributions?
o locate contributions when the contribution page does not display any contributions for an individual in the system, click back to the Family page and select Contributions on the Family Detail page. Most directory entries and contributions are recorded at the family level, and it is the most accurate location to view information for both Online and Physical contributions.
