Online Transaction Analysis Report
This article provides steps to run the Online Transaction Analysis report.
The Online Transaction Analysis report provides information regarding online transactions, including the ability to filter for regular, refunded, rejected and voided transaction types. The report also provides the date of each transaction. You can run the online transaction report for Giving, Forms, and Religious Education. This report is available to Church Manager and Online Giving Customers.
Complete the following steps to run the Online Transaction Analysis Report:
1. In your selected module (Giving, Forms, Religious Education), select Reporting in the main-menu.
2. On the Select Report Type card, select Online Transaction Analysis in the drop-down menu.
3. Select the Transaction Type(s) in the drop-down menu.
4. Select the Fund(s) to include in the report.
5. Select the Report Timeframe.
6. Click the Run Report button.
Report Results
The report heading lists the report timeframe, along with the Total Transaction Amount and Total Transaction Count. The report body lists transactions sorted by date with the following information for each transaction:
- Fund Name
- Donor Name
- Envelope Number
- Contact
- Transaction Date
- Transaction Type
- Transaction Amount
You can View the Print Preview format of the report by selecting the Print Preview icon.
Reconfigure the Report
You can reconfigure and rerun the report as needed by updating your selections in the Reconfigure Report card, and then clicking the Update Report icon.
Export the Report
Exporting the Online Transaction Analysis report allows you to print the report, save it to your computer, or otherwise use the report. To export the report, click the download icon, and then choose the format type.
Three file types are available for export:
- Acrobat (PDF) file - A printable format of the report. The PDF file includes the same information given in the report.
- CSV (comma delimited) - Comma Separated Values file format.
- Excel Worksheet - exports the same information in the report as an editable Excel worksheet.
