Window Envelope Size and Format

This article provides information regarding the windowed envelope format available for the tax report contribution letters.

The tax report generates a contribution letter for each family and tracked separately individual. The Windowed Envelope Format mailing option formats the contribution letters to display the mailing and return addresses in the header for use with a #10 windowed envelope. The Windowed Envelope Format mailing option supports both single window and double window #10 envelopes in the following formats:

 

Single Window Envelope

 

Double Window Envelope

  • Window Size
    • Top Window: 1 1/8" X 4 1/2"
       
    • Bottom Window: 1 1/8" X 4 1/2"
       
  • Window Location
    • Top Window: 7/8" from the left of the envelope and 2 1/4" from the bottom of the envelope
       
    • Bottom Window: 7/8" from the left of the envelope and 1/2" from the bottom of the envelope
